FLT3 (POCT-PCR)

FLT3-Q Real-Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on real-time PCR technology, for the Qualitative detection of internal tandem duplications (ITD) and tyrosine kinase domain (TKD) mutation (D835-I836) in the FLT3 gene in genomic DNA extracted from peripheral blood of patients diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML).
